One of the most important therapies for gut health involves movement. This is why we have chosen to incorporate yoga and stretching into these sessions. We live such a fast paced lifestyle and expect our bodies to KEEP UP! We get frustrated when we don’t see the changes we expect and when it doesn’t act the way we feel it should. The older we get, the less it seems to tolerate our inability to give it what needs to function while giving us all the signs we need to prevent the chronic disease that comes.
